About Me

A good coach has a good fit. I’m tailored for high intensity personal transformation and ADHD

I’m also a father, with significant experience of ADHD, ASD and ADD

ADHD doesn’t have to downgrade our lives anymore

I’ve been a mentor and executive coach for many years

I specialised in ADHD after my children were born, to help me understand why following well-meaning specialists’ advice saw only small improvements

I now offer my clients the benefits of my research, combined with the insights of executive coaching and the accountability demanded by top sports coaches

This approach has been proven to be highly effective

Researched. Built courses. And specialised in ADHD.

To help my family manage ADHD, we were supported by top specialists from many disciplines

They gave us theoretically sound tools and advice

But they weren’t helping much – so I invested significantly in learning more and exploring why

I did extensive research with therapists, psychiatrists, teachers and headteachers, with SENco’s, and I interviewed many parents and children

It turned out my experience was common. And so were the reasons for it:

The tools we were given were designed and tested in specific circumstances – which were not those we faced

In particular, the tools and specialists assumed far more time and emotional capacity was available than we had

As your coach and mentor I will tailor what we do so it fits within what you can do – maximising your effectiveness

My Approach & Philosophy

I am a practical coach and supportive mentor

Whichever coaching model works best for you – whether it’s Kline’s Thinking Environment, Gestalt, Cognitive-Based, GROW, Solutions-focused or something else – is the one we’ll use

In fact, for many clients I combine the most relevant parts from each, resulting in a coaching approach that’s unique, flexible, and tailored
