Please note that you and I may agree different terms, which will prevail over these in cases where they conflict
Please also read the section on privacy policy, GDPR and Fair Processing Notice, in conjunction with paragraph 8 below
1. My fee is quoted per unit of time, but is charged pro-rata
2. To save time in administration, I may estimate costs for certain activities. At my sole discretion, I may also elect to occasionally charge for less time than we use. 3. Missed sessions, or sessions rescheduled at less than 48 hours notice, are to be paid for as if they took place at the agreed date and time
4. By using my services, you and I agree that:

5. You use my services at your own risk
6. You can stop using my services at any time, with no obligation beyond:

A research-based and effective 5 hour coaching course for parents, carers and teachers
After living through and seeing what parents go through at home, and with how schools often deal with their children with ADHD, I’ve developed a coaching course that helps with key aspects of both home and school.
The course can be delivered online or in person

How I comply with GDPR
Your data has been – and will be – as safe with me as I can make it. I will never share it with anyone else, nor sell it to anyone, without your permission
I will also ask for, and store, as little data as possible. What data I have will, at a minimum, be stored on password-protected devices and / or in password-protected cloud storage, and will be in a format not readily usable for other people.
My website has not been designed to collect cookies and I make no use of them, nor does it track you across the web. However, your browser and my server host may do so. Please refer to your web browser help for how to block cookies.
How do I get data about you?
- When you contact me, I will have the email or phone number you contact me with.
- Through conversations we have in the course of our relationship – I may take notes to help me better help you
- When you pay me, I will have the details that reflect in my bank account.
- Through data you make available publicly, eg your own blogs, WhatsApp status, LinkedIn profile
Contact and control over your data
I may be in contact with you:
- To arrange sessions
- If agreed, to keep you on track to achieve your goals
- To request feedback
- As part of group communications (eg emails), if relevant
- Via WhatsApp, Facebook and similar, if you are part of groups I administer or am part of
You may contact me at any time. If I am not available, I will respond as soon as I can.
At any time, you can terminate our relationship per the terms and conditions we agree. You can also, at any time, ask me to no longer contact you and to delete the information I have on you.
If you want to see or change the relevant information I keep, please just ask me.
If you ask me to delete the information I have on you, I may keep certain information relevant to my development as a coach, in a way that is not linked to you. If legal reasons require me to keep information, then I will do so, otherwise I will keep your data only so long as we have a relationship and / or (in an anonymised format) so long as it is relevant to my development as a coach.
Other GDPR-related topics, your data-related rights, and my ‘Fair Processing Notice’
As this is a small organisation, I serve as both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Protection Officer.
The legal basis on which I collect, process and store you personal data is to provide agreed services to you and, potentially – with a very light touch, if at all – to market services to you. You can restrict my use of your data by telling me so.
All your rights in respect of seeing / accessing your personal data, changing, rectifying and deleting / erasing it, as well as objecting to my processing it are as above: i.e. simply tell me what you’d like done and I’ll endeavour to do so.
I do not offer my services to children.
You are not subject to automated decision-making and profiling. I am not the best coach for everyone, though, and our relationship may be terminated at any time per our agreed Terms and Conditions.
The legislation gives you the right to complain to the Information Commissioner about my handling of your data, and also requires me to tell you where you can find my ‘Fair Processing Notice’. This is it.
What are your charges? Do you bill insurance?
I offer one-off sessions and coaching packages, comprising four or six sessions
Please contact me for information on charges
How often will we meet? And is it in person or remote?
Many clients find that one meeting every three to six weeks is optimal for them
We will meet as often as you need, to achieve the outcomes you want
If you’re based in London, we can meet face to face, although most of my clients prefer the convenience of meeting using remote tools
Do I need to do any preparation in advance?
Not at all
It may be helpful to know that I will likely ask you to describe what is most on your mind and / or the most common situations that you find difficult, as these are very reliable indicators of the initial matters to address
Your success is my success
A headmaster of a school whose parents I work with asked me how I measure my outcomes with clients.
It’s simple. If you’re succeeding, I’m succeeding. If we’re not seeing some form of results within a month, then either I’m not the right coach for you or we’re addressing the wrong areas.
“I appreciate you very much. Am grateful we are connected.“
